Accessory for BFST® & ColdCure® Shoulder Wraps
The Accessory Sling is a companion product to our BFST® and ColdCure® Shoulder Wraps, and is designed to be used with these wraps only. It cannot be used on its own as a standalone product or with any products other than the BFST® and ColdCure® Shoulder Wraps.
The Accessory Sling is one size fits all and can be used on your right or left arm.
The Accessory Sling is ideal to use while recovering from shoulder injuries such as:
- Rotator Cuff Injuries
- Frozen Shoulder
- Deltoid Injuries
- Supraspinatus & Infraspinatus Tendinitis
- Upper Bicep Tendinitis
Immobilize Your Shoulder & Arm
The Accessory Sling provides additional support and protection for your injured shoulder by helping to immobilize it. When you wear the Accessory Sling, the muscles in your shoulder will relax and your arm will be at rest against your body. The Accessory Sling limits the movement of your arm and shoulder to help you avoid re-injury. This is important because, during the healing process, even the slightest movement in the wrong direction can cause debilitating pain and further damage to your shoulder.
Avoid Re-Injury & Heal Faster
If you want to heal your Shoulder injury as quickly as possible, you need to do everything you can to rest it as much as possible. Unfortunately, this can be extremely difficult, because every time you move your arm or shoulder, you run the risk of making your injury worse. You don't want to re-injure yourself, because this means starting the healing process all over again from the beginning. Use the Accessory Sling to prevent the movements that lead to re-injury. The Accessory Sling will help you heal faster so you can have a healthy shoulder again and get back to your regular routine.
Easy to Use
Since there are no straps or clips associated with the Accessory Sling, it's incredibly easy to apply. There is no adjustment required, so you won't need any assistance when putting the Accessory Sling on, even with a painful shoulder injury.
To use the Accessory Sling, simply attach it to the centre, or to the left or right of your BFST® or ColdCure® Shoulder Wrap. Next, slip your arm through the Sling pocket and rest your forearm and hand inside the Sling. Make sure your elbow is bent at a 90° angle.
